Even the CDC has taken a stab at Morgellon's

"Thank you for your inquiry regarding the condition some refer to as “Morgellons.” CDC is presently bringing together medical experts from several scientific specialties in a working group to help us understand this pattern of illness or syndrome. Our aim is to gather information on people reporting this condition to see if they share common traits, experiences, or anything that might have put them at risk for these symptoms. We hope to learn enough about the condition so we can offer useful advice for control or treatment, something that is not possible now because too little is known.

I'm tired of my personal name being slandererd on the internet and just because it is the internet does not mean that you can use false information wrecklessly and get away with it. Yes, I had volumes to say about Morgellons and I will say more if you wish, but I am not, nor have I ever been associated with Atmospheric What the F and prove it you slimy scumbag. You have no point...that's my point. He is merely describing the content of the thread. He is not stating that you have posted at the site. Your name does appear on this website. Simple goddamn comprehension. 'Appear' is the word he uses...not 'post'. If you want "proof", follow the link and CTRL-F for "ridgewalker".

To say this was a generalization is infinitely more of a stretch than the original poster saying you posted at the 'atmospheric' website. Again, he states no such claim. My disgust for your rant comes not from your condition, I could be sympathetic. I think we know why you haven't addressed any of the problems in your post. And I think we know why we won't hear anymore from you.

Really Mason? Why is that? Please expand (as if you haven't already) as I still don't get your point, other than to get up on a soapbox and rant. But if you were terminally ill and woke up frequently with folks warning you that some blogger SOMEWHERE in the Ether did not have the decency of allowing you privacy (and I mean the use of my personal name and erroneous information posted by J. Reynolds, the sociopathic idiot, on Adrants, that was indeed what falls under both federal and state law as slander), you'd be a little irate yourself.
To actually be accused of BEING Mr. Reynolds is more than a joke, I am indeed including Mr. Reynolds in a slander lawsuit against the Northeastern Newspaper and Mr. Reynolds for posting that information ON Adrants. Because my husband (disabled American Vet) was attacked by fraternity thugs and nearly killed but a countercharge was made by the assailants as he scratched his face with my husband's cane. Well that was quickly dismissed and the two criminals were convicted yesterday with aggravated assault charges. Steve Hall, a very kind, generous, sincere and understanding person had the sense to see what a terrible mistake had been made in allowing Reynolds to attack me and my family and felt horribly about even suggesting that Morgellons was not a real disease and offered to erase the entire blog.
I told him no, no thankyou but thanks for the gesture, because if he could become convinced as an original skeptic then perhaps others might be touched by the stories of the sufferers rather than harassed and attacked.
Now if you want to stay on the topic of Morgellons, I'll be glad to, but I've had about enough of the personal attacks from nowhere from people who don't know diddly about me, who I am, what I'm about and what my situation is. The problem I have with these blogs is the irresponsibility shown in not researching, doing their homework and speaking our words (the patients) out of context without even having a clue of the physical and psychological torture we've been through. If you want to know who I am. Go to CNN and look up the Mystery Thread disease. OR go to Morgellons.org and click on the media link and get the streaming video link directly from there, You'll even see my name on the box of samples, bright yellow that flashes by on the screen. I will be shown in an upcoming Primetime investigative report also. While you're at it you might take the time to listen to Dr. Wymore Speaks. It's about 10 minutes long but the emphasis is dignity and respect, neither of which you bloggers seem to have a clue about! For some reason this seems to get under certain people's skin (ha! unintentional play on words, but appropriate!). This always makes me wonder who you and your kind are, that you take the time out of your life to spend ranting on and on about a person who is doing nothing but suffering from 100 percent disability, is a spokesperson for a cause, helps with patient assistance and advocacy, fundraising and that sort of thing. What have I ever done to ANY of YOU? I simply want my privacy back. And do not appreciate being the brunt of jokes, speculation or more accurately, what is portrayed as fact, and certainly not any association other than he does have his balls in a noose, the horrid person known as Jay (John) Reynolds. And yes, I know who he is, have pictures of him, know where he lives, know his children's names. Plenty. That's why the jerk finally had the sense to lay off of me, or Steve Hall being the decent person he is, did the right thing by moderating his blog appropriately, but Steve was very concerned and compassionate. Do you even own those emotions Mr. Mason? Because if you do, you might think twice about attacking innocent strangers who are struggling to stay alive, with barely the energy to get out of bed, much less deal with this sort of b.s. But to answer a previously posed question, if I'm so sick why do I spend my time answering to these blog attacks? Because I am an honest, ethical, good human being and I will defend my character until the very end. THAT is why Mr. Mason, so no, I will not "disappear" and you will hear from me as much as I can physically possibly address the issue. You haven't run me off. I don't know who or what you are, but I'm for real and if you want, I'll just make myself at home and become a permanent fixture. The proverbial elephant in the room.

This thread must have been started around the Morgellons issue or my name wouldn't have come up in the first place, It is a horrendous disease that I wouldn't even wish on you or even Jay Reynolds, bless his beady-eyed fat redneck soul.
I will not stoop to playground antics. Yes, I was darned PO'd to wake up to this this morning. But I'll be here Mason, to answer questions regarding Morgellons and defend my character and if you all want a real Morgfest, I'll bring the whole gang in and we can have a true "exchange of information" for if that's not what a blog is for, then I see no other purpose than to bully the vulnerable. And as to slander, it was the content of Mr. Reynolds' posts that was personal and incredibly erroneous that got him in hot water. Not the tit for tat fussing and fighting that goes on in these blogrants.
Now, please be succinct, exactly what do you all want with me and what do you want to know? I'll tell you every damn thing there is to know about this disease if you like but that's it. You want me to re-address what I said before. No, you read it, everyone can read it. Walk a mile in my shoes and then tell me you wouldn't be a little put off by the accusations that were made. I honestly was taking up for someone that has done an amzing job at helping sick individuals with a scary and debilitating new illness.

I am not the author of the original post. (I'll say for the 2nd time). The author has not even contributed to this thread other than the original and one comment. ('Mason' and 'sstrader' are not the same person).

You came here with accusations by subscribing to Ridgewalker's point-of-view without taking the time to read the original post. You also used the term 'idiots'.

If you considered my reference to your "tribalism" as an attack, that's unfortunate but I won't take responsibility for that nor apologize for it. I was merely throwing up a mirror. Please note that you invoked the term initially (and incorrectly) .

Morgellon's has NOTHING to do with my utter disgust at this individual's rant. This particular individual's physical condition and struggles (and all she does to help them) are not the issues here (I'll say again).

As stated earlier, I have no patience for people who do not take the time to absorb and understand what people write and say. Ridgewalker was way off-base and way out of line and by expressing an unquestioning consent to her point-of-view, so were you (albeit to a lesser degree).

I had the symptoms of Morgellons with extreme pain and parasites seen with a 100X microscope.My doctor prescribed Hydroxyzine HCL 10MG. tablets and Clobetasol Propionate ointment 0.05% The symptoms disappeared in 10 days on May 25,2006.
